Please be courteous to the staff and other Guest at Pink Cherry and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other Guest. Late arrivals may also incur a cancellation fee. If you are pressed for time, you are encouraged to notify your appointed Aesthetician by calling the Front Desk at 702-751-4929, and they will do their best to accommodate your circumstance.
5 Min. Grace Period
In consideration of other clients, please turn cell phone ringers to a lower setting or vibrate. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that there is no inappropriate conversation within the common areas on the Salon. Additionally, guests are asked to be mindful of others and keep the conversation at a respectable noise level. No inappropriate Contact will be tolerated. Guests who indulge in such behavior will be required to leave immediately and will be liable for the entire cost of the service scheduled. Customers can request particular Aestheticians when scheduling however Pink Cherry reserves the right when necessary to make changes of Aestheticians or technicians without notification due to sickness, leave or if the change will ensure smoother operations for scheduling times.
Personal Items & Children
Responsibility
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that children are accompanied by an adult at all times, and for safety reasons, do not play on the salon furniture or be allowed to run down the halls. Parents will be charged the full price of repairing or replacing any damaged equipment resulting from misuse by their children.
Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times.

We ask that all cancellations and rescheduling be made at least 24hours in advance of the time of your scheduled appointment and can be made by phone, text, email, online or in person. If you have confirmed your appointment (by any of the options above) and then do not arrive at the appointed time, Pink Cherry may deem it necessary to charge a cancellation fee. Frequent last minute cancellations and failures to appear may result in a deposit being necessary for all future appointments. All No Shows will be charged a 10$ fee for each scheduled service.

Credit cards are stored in each guests profile to provide a safe and secure streamlined experience for our guest. (Information is stored through a safe encrypted process through our POS. If a credit card is not provided, a deposit of 10$ for each scheduled service may be taken.)

All Retail and/or Service sales are Final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. (Services include series or packages. Retail includes Gift certificates/ Gift Cards. All Gift Cards, Packages and series have an expiration of 1 year from purchase unless stated otherwise.
Brazilian, Bikini or Bikini Wax
We recommend 3 to 4 weeks from your last wax or shave. This will ensure you the best results possible. Hair growth works in cycles, so waiting the 3 weeks will ensure all hair is exposed. If to short, you may experience more of a tug, the hair will come back sooner and the service may need to be rescheduled.
Before Waxing Tips:

We recommend that you avoid caffeine or nicotine the day of your service. Caffeine and nicotine constricts the blood vessels and makes you much more sensitive.

If you’d like, please take two Ibuprofen to reduce inflammation and to take the edge off. Makes for a more comfortable/ easier wax.
